A dynamic and supportive 45-minute session designed to help mums reconnect with their bodies while their little ones rest safely in prams nearby.
This class encourages active muscle engagement and mindful movement to support you in rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and enhancing overall wellbeing throughout your postpartum journey. It’s also a wonderful way to connect with other mums in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Please note:
- For safety, babies need to stay in their prams throughout the class.
- Clearance/ approval from your health physician is necessary.
- We don’t have facilities to heat bottles or prepare feeds, so please come prepared.
- For health and safety, only babies in prams may attend - unfortunately older siblings or other children not in prams cannot be accommodated..
