Embrace the shift into the cooler months with our cozy, two-hour Winter Yin Immersion.

Join @tiinapakkanen_yoga on Saturday 24th May from 4:30 - 6:30pm for a slow-paced, deeply nourishing practice that invites you to unwind and support your seasonal transition with intention and care.

During this event, we’ll explore Yin Yoga postures designed to gently release connective tissue. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing time to soften, breathe, and create space within the body, while energetically supporting the kidney meridian - an important energy channel in Traditional Chinese Medicine associated with winter, restoration, and vitality.

What to Expect:
Yin Yoga is a meditative, grounding experience. You’ll be guided into shapes that offer gentle sensation and feedback and encouraged to tune in and release tension through breath, fascia release and awareness. This immersion is open to all levels, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

Expect soft lighting, calming sounds, and a guided meditation to close the practice, inviting deep rest and inner stillness.

What to bring: This event offers a cozy transition into winter, so we recommend wearing light layers and comfortable socks, as it's common to get a little cool during Yin Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and an eye pillow (optional). All other props and blankets will be provided.

Join Crystal — a passionate Psychosomatic Psychologist, Pilates & Yoga Instructor, and Hypnotherapist — for a 2-hour immersive journey of embodied movement designed to reset and regulate your nervous system.

This unique experience weaves together the grounding practices of yoga, Pilates, and hypnosis, all underpinned by psychological insight and philosophical depth. It’s an invitation to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and deepen your awareness of the mind-body connection.
